Pierre Kladny is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a career spanning technology, consumer goods, and finance. After graduating from EPFL, he launched his first venture at 23 and went on to found and exit four companies. As a business angel, he has supported Greentech, biotech, and hedge funds in Europe and the USA, holding board and director roles. In 2002, Pierre joined Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch Bank, where he led mergers and restructurings across listed and private equity funds. In 2006, he founded ValleyRoad Capital, a Swiss boutique private equity and M&A advisory firm. He also served as Chair of the Swiss Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (French-speaking chapter, 2012–2016) and continues to hold board positions in Switzerland and internationally.

With over 30 years of experience in business development and strategy, Serge Bozhko combines Swiss expertise and international partnerships with hands-on leadership of large industrial enterprises (up to 7,000 employees) and private ventures. His focus lies in cross-border transactions, SPVs, M&A, scalable investment models, and post-crisis development. At ValleyRoad Consulting, he leads projects in metallurgy, energy, infrastructure, mining, transport, science and education, agriculture, and aviation, supporting Ukraine's revitalization and aligning local conditions with international and European standards—honored Worker of Industry of Ukraine, MBA (Steinbeis University Berlin).

Yevgen Getman – Strategic Development, oversees projects in energy, infrastructure, ecology, and agriculture. With over 15 years of experience in senior roles across the government, municipal, and private sectors, he has led significant initiatives, managed humanitarian programs worth tens of millions of francs, and built an investment portfolio exceeding CHF 500 million. He holds degrees in law, finance, and ecology, completed the CAS Rebuild Ukraine program at BFH, and is a certified FIDIC consulting engineer. Honoured Economist of Ukraine, he has received Certificates of Honour from both the Cabinet of Ministers and the Parliament of Ukraine. Dmytro Vovk is a Project Manager and Consulting Engineer (FIDIC) with over 20 years of experience in construction, reconstruction, and infrastructure development across the medical, educational, social, and civil protection sectors. A graduate of the CAS Rebuild Ukraine program at Berner Fachhochschule (BFH), he combines technical expertise with strong project management skills to deliver sustainable and efficient solutions in complex environments.

Larysa Levina is a Manager with a background in engineering and finance, combining technical expertise with strong organizational and administrative skills. She has extensive experience in managing operations, optimizing business processes, and supporting executive teams in strategic and financial planning. Her multidisciplinary knowledge enables her to coordinate complex projects and contribute to the sustainable growth of the organizations she works with.
